Fishes and Sauces

 Sesame Crusted Tuna

On Friday evening, Fauziah and I attended the Fish and Sauces class presented by Marie Cloughesy for the ASH adult education program.

The class had a very extensive menu planned, but Marie, being Marie, kept us entertained throughout the session. By 10:30 we managed to put everything in the oven (phew!!). The food was well worth the wait.
