Puan Bashah's Murukku





















Puan Bashah's Murukku

350g Gram flour
200g Rice flour
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp chillie powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp caraway seeds ( jemuju )
2 tsp salt
6 tbsp cooking oil
300 ml water

Mix all the ingredients into a soft paste.
Fry the murukku in batches until light golden in colour.
