Sweet Rolls

Sweet Rolls
Recipe by Fauziah Hanim

500 g flour
1 tbsp yeast
2 eggs
50 g butter
2 tbsp milk powder
150 g sugar
1/3 cup water (approx.)

Mix flours, milk powder, yeast and sugar in a big bowl.
Add the egg and water and mix to form a dough. Add in the butter and knead till a smooth dough forms.
At first the dough will be greasy and soft, but , it will eventually get to the point you want it to be.
Cover and let rise for about 1 hour or till doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 180C.
Divide dough and shape into balls and leave it to rest for about 30 minutes or until dough doubled in size.
Brush dough with egg wash, or milk, and bake.

Mula2 campur flour, yeast, sugar and milk powder.
Masukkan soften butter - mix and crumble the mixture
Pastu baru masukkan egg and beat in a mixing bowl
Add hot water sedikit demi sedikit dan pukul lagi hingga dough tidak lagi melekat.
Let it rest for 1 hour...yang lain tu ok.
