Spaghetti with Curried Mincemeat and Tomato
A Back to School special

450g mincemeat
2 canned cream of tomato soup
1 small shallot, finely chopped
1 garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp curry powder
1 bay leaf

Brown mincemeat on high heat until it's natural oil start oozing out.
Add in chopped shallot, garlic and curry powder. Fry over medium flame for about 1 minute.
Add in tomato soup and bay leaf. Simmer for 25 minutes.
