Butter-fried Banana with Cream
How do you turn this healthy piece of banana into a thoroughly wicked (and totally unhealthy) dessert.....
Slice a banana, fry them in some butter and set aside.
Toast some almond slivers and set aside.
Gently simmer cream with some sugar, a little salt and vanilla. I added green colouring just for the heck of it.
Put them together and serve it hot or cold.
For variation; you may use other types of fruits like peaches, apricots and pineapples. And, instead of cream, you may substitute it with coconut cream for a more tropical flavour.
