Mushroom Bhaji






Mushroom Bhaji
2 large onions, thinly sliced
125g ghee
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp chillie powder
1 clove garlic, chopped
375g mushrooms, sliced

Melt ghee in a saucepan, saute onions for 3 minutes or until tender.
Add turmeric, chillie and garlic, saute for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms, saute over low heat or until mushrooms are ready.
