Peach Fizz




Peach Fizz

3 under ripe peaches
1 liter sparkling water
lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
sugar, to taste

Poach peaches in simple syrup. Leave to cool.
Remove stone and peel off skin from the peaches.
Blend peaches with the syrup in a blender until smooth.
Add sparkling water and lemon juice and serve it immediately.
