I don't often let Elsa help me in the kitchen.
But lately, she has been quite insistent in trying out some easy recipes on her own.
So, with some trepidation I allowed her full rein of the kitchen (with me watching anxiously from the sidelines).

While the house was under seiged by boxes, the family moved to a hotel apartment in the Islands Brygge area.
What a change of scenery.
We're no longer surrounded by lush greenery (although at this time most trees are leave-less) and rolling hills.
Instead, our super-modern ultra minimalist apartment overlooks the harbour, scrapyard and a massive power station.
154 m2 modern furnished apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 spacious balconies.
3 bedrooms. Large bathroom. Modern kitchen with all white goods, sea view. Sitting room with 2 sofas. Dining area with sea view. Lounge area.
Fully equipped kitchen, vacuum cleaner, iron, cable television and radio, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer

Second day of packing....
The house looked like a war zone. I had a crazy urge to put things in order before quickly realising that it would be kinda pointless.
Spent the morning packing our personal stuff and clothes.
Kept having to ask for more of those wardrobe boxes from the packers. Managed to colour-code everyone's clothes and arrange them in seasons... really Muna, you have much too much time on your hand!!
By the end of the day, the packers managed to pack most of our stuff. The house is now full of neatly stacked boxes.
