What do you do when you have 2 punnets of less than perfect and tasteless plum...
you turn them into delicious plum chutney, of course!
Wash, cut and pit plums.
In a heavy saucepan stir together plums and 1/4 cup balsamic
vinegar, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt chillie powder
and curry powder and bring to a boil over moderate heat.
Lower heat and simmer mixture, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes.
Pour chutney into jars.
