Prep Work

I have no excuse.....
I knew what I got myself into.....

I had to prepare and process 7 kg of chicken breast meat and 6 kg of beef,
skin countless numbers of onions and shallots,
prep pineapples, cucumber, chillies and more herbs and spices that I ever could imagine....

But, I was determined to have fun...

At the end of the day, I have made

Beef Rendang
Ayam Percik
Lamb Murtabak with Onion relish
Pinaepple Cucumber Salsa
and Iced ChocOrange Cupcakes

Mission accomplished, everything had been set aside for tomorrow....
