4 fresh red tomatoes 1/2 cup fresh coriander Juice of half a lemon
fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon mild sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
a pinch of ground cloves, nutmeg, ground cinnamon and ground cardamom
salt and black pepper, to taste
In a food processor add all the ingredients and blend well.
