Farm Shop and Tearoom

If I were to count the numbers of farm shops and tearooms I've frequented over the years, I would need more fingers and toes than I have and that includes the family and the cat.

As much as possible, I would try to support the small local independent farm shops and buy as much locally-sourced produce wherever I go.

Located in Cupar in Fifeshire, is this neat and spacious tearoom with amazing array of cakes and sweets with a wonderful view of the country to boot.

Our brekkie consisted of Smoked Salmon and Cheese Bagel for MrD, Chocolate Fudge traybake for Elsa and Cheese scone with lashings of homemade strawberry jam.
Oh, yes... and a piece of Bakewell tart for luck.

Just across from the tearoom is a small but well-stocked farm shop selling ready-picked fruit the farm produces, freshly baked breads, local seasonal vegetables, free range eggs, a selection of local honeys and jams.
