Cooking Club 1 - Dim Sum

For our first meet, it was suggested that we'll start off with a Chinese Dim Sum menu.
"Dim Sum" according to Mary Moh means "touch the heart", which I think is an apt description as I always feel that sharing food brings people together.

The Cooking Club is a brainchild Mary Moh of Keep Learning Keep Smiling
Unfortunately, it was put on a back burner for awhile due to a leg injury she suffered during a game of badminton. However, she's all better now and the Cooking Club is back on track.

For the savoury Dim Sum, we had

Christine's Beef Siu Mai
Adeline's Prawn Siu Mai
Rucira's Loh Mai Kai (Steamed Glutinous Rice with Chicken and Mushroom)
Mary's Stir-fried Vegetables
Muna's Thai Green Curry-flavoured Chicken and Prawn Siu Mai
and InsideOut TauFoo Pok with Minced Prawn

For dessert, we had

Pauline's Chrysanthemum red bean paste Pastry
Mary's Red bean Zhang
Christine's sweet red bean soup
Sharon's Strawberry and Raspberry Custard tartlets
Muna's CoconutPandan Steamed cakes
