Back 2 School

Today was the back-to-school social, a yearly event held during the beginning of the year to help the 11th graders raise money towards prom, which happens at the end of the year.

It was 10:30 in the morning.

It was pretty early to be doing anything on a weekend, I'll admit, but I was quite excited about helping out.
I was quite surprised to see my daughter's face on both the tickets for a Kebab meal and a Hotdog meal. Way to go Elsa!
Small steps in your modeling career... NOT!

A lone figure, helping to set the plates and napkins before the stampede of hungry people made their way into the gym. Unfortunately for this lonely traveler, he was unable to gain any rest after his wearisome business trip from abroad.

No rest for the wicked.

There's my daughter looking really awkward in the school's kitchens.

Not her fault, she can't cook ;D

There were many different exhibits to appeal to as many people as possible.
Many of these included groups and activities found around the city, allowing people to be more aware about the going-ons in Aberdeen, as well as making it easier for people to join.

The school prides itself on being incredibly spirited, hosting pep rallies, spirit weeks, and selling school sweaters and other items.

However, the event wasn't only for selling items. There were many different games for the younger students and visitors to occupy themselves with, such as pillow-fighting, obstacle courses, and sumo-wrestling.
