Steamed Pandan-flavoured Cake

As the sole contributor and representative to the Malaysian food table during the International Day, I decided to play with colours.
Shocking, I know, even for me!
Really, Muna... you've become gaudier with age!

Yeah, that's what I thought....
if you can't have the numbers, tantalise them audience with artificial colours and fake aroma!

 Steamed Pandan-flavoured Cake

5 eggs
250g sugar
250g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pandan flavouring/paste
1 tsp green colouring
250ml single cream

In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy and pale and almost double in volume.
In another bowl, sift  flour together with salt and baking powder.
Add pandan paste, green colouring into the creamy mixture and mix well.
Finally, add in the dry ingredients alternately with cream, starting and ending with flour.
Pour into mini bundt tins and steam for about 15 minutes.
Serve with lightly-salted freshly-grated coconut.
