Stir-fried Lemongrass Chicken







 Stir-fried Lemongrass Chicken

 500 g chicken thigh fillets, cut into small pieces
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 lemon grass stalks, finely diced
4 garlic cloves, finely diced
1 small knob ginger, minced
1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
 
ready-made pancakes





For garnish:
spring onions
fresh coriander leaves
cucumber
roasted sesame seeds

dipping sauce:
hoisin sauce
chilli sauce
