Steamed Rice Rolls with Chicken in Oyster Sauce

Steamed Rice Rolls

250g rice flour
4 - 5 tbsp tapioca flour
1 liter water
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instead of using the "traditional" hoisin sauce topping, I decided to make a simple stir-fried chicken with oyster sauce with the usual suspects of chinese ingredients for my carnivorous family
