Grub At A Grab - CheesyEggy Toast

A champion breakfast fare!

CheesyEggy Toast

You will need:
a shallow frying pan or a pancake pan
a piece of parchment paper, bigger than the toast but small enough to fit in the pan
1 egg
1 slice of wholemeal bread
1 small handful of favourite hard cheese (I'm using Cheddar)
1 slice of bacon (I'm using Turkish Turkey bacon lol)
black pepper, for funsy!

Using any implement you can find at hand, like  fingers (a-ha!), flat bottom of a glass or spoon,
make an indentation in the middle of the bread.
Feel free to release your inner artist; make any shape you like,
making sure no holes develop in the process.
You are, essentially, making a shallow vessel for the eggy to sit in.

Place the bread on parchment paper
Place both parchment paper and bread onto the pan
This is important as it minimise cleaning!
Crack an egg in the middle of the bread

Sprinkle cheese around the edges

Followed by chopped bacon

Place in a 200C grill oven (I'm hoping by now you're familiar with THE OVEN)
and toast for about 15 minutes or before it burns, whichever comes first

There you go...
Champion breakfast, for my little champion!
p.s. don't forget to sprinkle some black pepper
